Exhausted

Today I'm kind of exhausted. Yesterday went for work out and joined RPM class in Fitness First, The Curve in the morning and my dancing class at the evening. In between, I was driving my sister for her ballet class and my mother to get some stuff. Then at later in the evening went to Cheras with Charles and Theresa for a drink.

I only reached back home at midnight and got to wake up this morning at 6.30am and get to the gym for a work out session with Chee Yuen. It is the last work out session with him for this year. He just terminated his membership as he needs to go to Germany to pursue his degree and maybe master too. So next time, I got to work out alone most probably on Sunday. =(

Yesterday took me whole day and this morning work out as well, I'm really exhausted and barely move my muscle anymore. The dancing class was cancelled today and the worst thing happened to me is the migraine hit back.

I tried the product sample from Origin called "Peace of Mind" given by Douglas to me yesterday and it feels kind of good. It helps me to relax a lot but the pain of having the migraine might not be taken away by it. So during the noon, I took the medication and rest a bit. Now feels better as my head is not hurting.

For now, I'm just wondering how is my dinner tonight going to be. I do not feel like eating at home or outside alone, and of course the worst to get a take away food again all the time. My lunch today already it's a take away food and I ate it at home, alone. *Sob Sob*

Migraine

This few days I have migraine. I have no idea how to make it better and Panadol itself does not make it any better. So today I decided to consult a doctor, after my mother asking me to do so. The doctor prescribed me some medication and I just took it. It feels better now.

This migraine problem have been troubling me for sometime already. I guess I have to live with it already. Maybe next time if I found some drug for migraine and it works for me, I'll keep some with me for emergency.

Anyway, I do not want to depends on drug too much. I guess I should go for yoga or something else to relax myself. Maybe it helps to prevent migraine from occurring that often. I do not want to keep buying those drugs or consult doctor for this matter because it's costly. Just today, RM50 is gone just for the stupid consultation.

Kanji Lyrics:

Translation Lyrics:
To the next stage, which begins to move,
we continue to walk together.

This only road never ends,
we continue to illuminate it.

How will we take
this fresh start that,
once again, presents itself here?

While looking at the sky, my face was lit by a gentle smile
I heard "Don't be afraid, everything is fine"
While looking at the sky, a small tear flowed
Even the scars left by the past seem sweet today.

The sign tells us that a vibrant future, makes our looks meet each other.

Our hearts are beating so strong,
What will they choose and represent?
What is the map that will take shape?

If you feel the wind, grip our hands strongly
Because we don't need many words to understand each other
If you feel the wind, begin to walk with conviction and with the same speed we will see the same landscape

A Sad Yet Touching Story - Please Help Them If You Can

I saw this clip on Facebook at first (which posted by a friend of mine) and I felt so touch by the video. I did shed tears for the kids and I'm really proud of that little sister, taking care of her own brothers and sisters. She is amazing and determinate.

Please prepare some tissue paper while watching this short video except that you are heartless person, then you need not to prepare anything. Perhaps just prepare some money and donate to them. They are starving and it's really sad to see this actually happening.

This clips seems to be one of the San Damiano Foundation's work. You may refer to their website and see what you can help them if you are capable in doing so. If I have capability, I will donate to this foundation to help them up.

I hope the world can see this too. Why not the nations trying to help this people? They need food to survive, nutritional food. They need not your pity only, they need real people and real action for them to survive.

I think I should say this to everyone out there, if you not ready to take good care of your own kids, please don't make one. Abandon them almost similar to killing them in a slower pace only. For me, I rather not getting a baby if I don't think I'll be a good father or parents. So, hope you guys think twice before making a baby.

'Lao Zha Bor' Rap

I can't believe what I have just seen this in YouTube.com. I can't believe that she really have a blog, laozhabor.blogspot.com. I did not really read about it because it's mainly in Chinese words and I can't understand it.

It's funny video that she comes up with and she does rock kinda bit. An old lady like her still can rap. Oh my God, even me can't rap at all. LOL. Hope you guys enjoy this clip. It's in my Facebook too. Have fun.

Paso Doble

"Paso Doble or Pasodoble (literal meaning in Spanish: double-step) is a typical Spanish march-like musical style as well as the corresponding dance style danced by a couple. It is the type of music typically played in bullfights during the bullfighters' entrance to the ring (paseo) or during the passes (faena) just before the kill. It corresponds to the Pasodoble dance (traditional and ballroom).

Paso Doble or pasodoble is a lively style of dance to the duple meter march-like pasodoble music. It actually originated in southern France, but is modeled after the sound, drama, and movement of the Spanish bullfight. Paso doble means "double step" in Spanish.

Famous bullfighters have been honored with pasodoble tunes named after them. Others are inspired in patriotic motives or local characters." [Wikipedia]

For more info of this dance, you can read it out from Wikipedia as the link provided here.
*******
Today, I learn a new dance, Paso Doble, just like what a little information I have been given here earlier. It's kind of challenging dance and kinda nice to dance around too. A bit more tiring compare to Quicksteps and more steps than it too. As usual, I guess I need more training in this dance before I can really dance till have the feeling of pasodoble or bullfighting.

I'm thinking to join line dance provided in Fitness First too. Maybe I start joining it tomorrow. It seems pretty fun too.

Dancing + Dinner at Crown Palace Restaurant, Sri Petaling

I just come back from dinner cum dancing at Crown Palace Restaurant, Sri Petaling, organized by the dance instructor (Ms. Janice) from Fitness Fitness. There were the IOI Mall, Puchong members, Leisure Mall (Cheras) member, and two more which I'm not so sure of. It's just a normal Chinese dinner cum with the dance floor for us to dance around (either to play around or to practice outside of the classroom or studio).

Well, I'm pretty tired because I dance kind of a lot too. I tried the Tango, Quickstep, Waltz, Chacha, Rumba, Samba and some I forgot the name of the dance (because I just learn today last minute for it. LOL). Anyway, some of the dance, like Rumba and Chacha, I dance badly because I tends to forget the steps and only remember some of the groups. So I was like kinda repeating the few groups that I remember with my partner.

It's fun although there are not many youngster like me (aged between 20~25), but there still got some mature guys and ladies (aged between 25~35) dance around with us. Those older ones (above 40) also got almost like 40% out of all those who attended this event. LOL.

Hope they organize this kind of event again next time (but not so soon, as I need to brush up my dancing skill. LOL). The more I practice, the more I can remember I think. Tomorrow going to attend my ballroom dancing class again at 9.30am. The worst thing is I gotta be there earlier as I need to work out with Chee Yuen at 7am.

Gosh, I think I better go to bed as soon as possible. This might be the last few weeks I'm going gym with Chee Yuen as he is going to Germany to study soon already. So, I do not think I wanna turn him down for the work out session. Hope I can wake up tomorrow morning for all the routines. ^^

Some People Are Just Annoying

I wonder have you ever know somebody or meet someone which are really annoying? How do you feel of this kind of people? What do you do to get rid of them or to stop their annoying actions?

Sometime, you do not want to hurt that person that you are not interested in what they are trying to convey to you or you don't like that particular stuff, but they just keeps on telling you the same thing or they use different approach to you. Once or twice is still okay. However after sometime, it will be annoying especially if they constantly approaching you.

Sometimes, I hope they just don't be so materialistic. Do not find you because they need you only for certain things. Friendship is to be cherish not to be abandon. Try to understand others as well. If they don't like it, or they cannot help, try others instead. Persistence is good but overly doing it will become disaster. If you don't mind losing a friend, they continue doing what you like.

Rock N' Roll + Tango + Rumba

This week (both Saturday and Sunday), I learn a new dance and practised some other dance, which are Tango and Rumba. Although we practise more on Tango today than Rumba, but at least we did some. I kinda forget how to dance Rumba because did not practise for some time already.

Tango kinda not too bad. Just need to practise more for the leg movements. Rumba, kinda need to recall back most of the steps as I forget some already. I kinda stuck when I need to change to a different part of the dance.

The new dance I have learned this week is Rock N' Roll. Actually it's kinda easy but then in remember the steps, maybe kinda tough. You do not want to get stuck halfway or crash onto your partner. The music is kinda fast and so do your moves. If you get stuck, then gone. You have to catch back the steps and start again.

Ghost Festival

In Chinese tradition, Ghost Festival is celebrated every year according to the Chinese calender (a lunisolar calendar) on the 14th night of the seventh lunar month. For further understanding about this day, please refer to Wikipedia.

As usual, parents will advise us not to go out late at night or come home too late. Preferable not after 11pm or 12am. They worry that we will bump into those 'dirty' things and get us some misfortune or bad luck or bad things happen to us.

Well, I don't really care much about those. Maybe I'm not that superstitious. However, I'm rotting at home now. I've just helped my mother with the 'paper burning' (where I personally thinks that's kinda not environmental friendly - causing so much air pollution, releasing a bunch of carbon dioxide and increase global warming). Although I'm not very environmental, but I still think that this few Chinese festivals seems pretty harsh to the environment (toxicating the air that we breath).

Since nobody asking me out tonight, I'll be at home (that's why I'm blogging here) doing nothing. I guess I'll have to sleep early tonight. Tomorrow I'm going to meet up Chee Yuen for gym. I gotta replace my Fitness First member card since I lost it that day working out at The Curve. Then at noon, going to meet up my cousin, accompany him to watch "Final Destination".

I can't find anyone want to watch that movie with me. Anyway, I hate watching horror movie at cinema. I gonna embarrass myself there because I'll jump around. I don't know how long I can last in the cinema. Maybe next time I should learn to say NO. So, the day after Ghost festival, I'm going to watch such a horror movie, hope I wouldn't get heart attack. Pray hard to God ^^.
