Life is a Knowledge Itself

We always go through a lot of stages in life. When we were born into this world, we go through a time where we only eat, sleep and excreting "stuff" that we do not want. That is our baby-hood.

After that, we have some time where we learn how to walk, how to speak, and learn a lot more things yet we have the time to play and explore things we curious about. That is our childhood.

As we aged and turn to be adolescences, we became curious about a lot more things and imagination runs wild and this is the time where we learn about up and down in our life. We learn from all our mistakes that we have done, or perhaps we do not realize it till it is too late.

When we step into the working world or so called adult world, things change again. Every stages of life is just like an experience that we learn all our life. There is like no end for learning. It is just depends on you wanted to learn it or to avoid it.

Sometimes, it makes me realized that things that we see now, that we have now, that owned now or even our feeling might not last eternally. Only God seems to be eternal here in the picture. However, most of the time, we will neglect Him and too busy with our daily life.

If you does not realize it, try to ask yourself some of these questions and you might actually find it quite true. Do you recall all your primary and secondary classmates and do you still contacting all of them regularly? Are your best friends in your primary and secondary school still the same best friend you have right now?

Other than that, how about your partner? Is he or she your first love? Do you think he or she is permanent for you? Well, this sounds a bit bad but it's the fact. Not all people encounter good eternal love kind of relationship. Some people have to hide and seek their love, some even have to be hiding their own feelings towards someone.

So treasure every minutes you have with someone that you treasure or you love. They might not always be around you but do take some time for each other. Do try to make your life the best you can. There is no re-take.

Third Week and Things No Longer The Same

This is the third week of my employment with AIA Shares Services Sdn Bhd. Thing changes (not drastically) over time. My job scope is still the same but then it does not seems to be as easy as it is to be. Moreover, I'm kinda often make mistake here and there. It makes me feel pretty bad.

However, I have to take time to learn it. Well, I'm a slow learner. I'm a kinda worry about this. I do not hope to be always call by those senior colleague regarding the claims that I processed which have some mistake here and there. It makes me feel so stupid, and mostly careless mistake.

Anyway, this week pretty lots of changes, even on Monday, I have experience going back home pretty late. Today already Wednesday, and I'm looking forward to the weekend for my rest day. Hopefully this Saturday need not to work overtime. This Sunday I need to help out in a charity dinner. I do not want to collapse before that. LOL.

Gotta Aim High

These few days been working like a cow. Well, it is not really that bad actually but then I'm handling about 40 cases each day these two days. Mentally exhausted if you got to ask me. It's not that simple yet not that hard. Thank God the cases I'm dealing now is pretty easy.

I have been dealing with out patient cases and most the clinical for last week. This week, kind of dealing mixture of specialist and some daily surgical cases. Well, I know most of you will not understand what I am saying here but that is okay. That is not the main point anyway.

This Saturday, it seems most probably I will have to work OT already. It was told by my team leader this morning during the briefing and meeting with our team manager. Well, she just kind of introduce herself and let us introduce ourselves as well. Nothing much special except she mentioned about the shifting to Cyberjaya next time. Hopefully there is transport allowance for us. LOL.

Now, I think I have to focus myself. I have to pick up my skill quick and adapt with the environment. I have target to meet as well. The most important, I have to reduce my mistake and increase my accuracy, which I think pretty hard in the sense of increase productivity at the same time. So, 'gambatte ne, Takumi-san', I have to say it to myself. LOL.

Second Week of My Working Life

Well, time passes so fast and it's the second week of my working life already. I have been learning a lot from here and there but there is much more to come. The same thing like I said in my previous blog, I do still feel fear of my job a little bit. Hopefully I can cope up with all that.

Anyway, I guess like they think, my team leader might either hate me or likes me so much that he gave me kinda lot of cases to handle for a newbie like me. Poi Ying for example, she told me she handle roughly 10++ cases per day last time. For me, I'm handling 30 cases alone today. It's just the sixth day of me working in the department.

When I told them about the number of cases my team leader assigned to me to Poi Ying and some of my colleague, they were shocked as well. I think the team leader should be thinking guys can handle more cases than girls perhaps. LOL.

Maybe he even want to train me to be another gunner, just like one of my colleague that he is the top person in our department. He processes the cases like train and of course a lot more compare to the others. I think I don't want to be like him. LOL.

So Lost

Today is my second day working with AIA Shared Services Sdn Bhd. Basically, I'm still pretty blur with my work. I do not really mean my work but how to deal with my work. The system that we are using I should say pretty easy to handle. However, there is so many things to be master.

Just in the matter of two days, I have been loaded with plenty of information on how to use the system and so on. Maybe I'm kinda slow in catching up with things. I felt like data overload kind of feeling.

However, today still not that bad. At least I need not to work OT. Anyway, what surprise me in my department is there are so many UTAR'ian. At least for now, there are 5, which including my ex-course mate and me.

Hopefully things goes on smoothly and I will catch up things as quickly as possible. However, I know it's kinda impossible as one of my colleague have been working 3 months there and still learning. Gosh, I feel the fear of working now. LOL.

Surreal Graduation Fashion Show 2009 by Raffles Design Institute

I was invited by my friend, Keith to attend his graduation fashion show, which called "Surreal Graduation Fashion Show 2009". It is held on Tuesday, 6th of October, which is tomorrow at J.W. Marriott Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The time of the show is around 6.30pm.

There are some of the samples of the designs are posted below. Please do not ask me which one looks good. I have no idea how to appreciate or look at highly fashion sense clothing.

~ This last design my design my my friend, Keith, where his theme is "Paranoia" ~

Since he invited me and given me the ticket for the show, I think I have no excuses to run away from it already. I have to be there to cheer for his designs and support him too. The problem is that it is a fashion show, but then I cannot think of anything good to wear for such an occasion.

I guess tomorrow, I'll be looking like a nerd or geek there, among those who well dressed or fancy looking or even those who have high fashion sense kinda people around there. I'm kind of worried that I'll be embarrassing myself there that evening.

Fuck You by Lily Allen

I dedicate this song to a guy that annoys me for so long. Maybe next time if I can, and Redbox have this song, I'll sure pick it up and sing it to him. LOL.

Lyrics:
Look inside, look inside your tiny mind, then look a bit harder.
Cause we're so uninspired, so sick and tired, of all the hatred you harbor.
So you say, it's not okay to be gay, well I think you're just evil.
You're just some racist, who can't tie my laces.
You're point of view is medevil.

[CHORUS]
Fuck you, fuck you very, very much.
Cause we hate what you do, and we hate your whole crew.
So please don't stay in touch.
Fuck you, fuck you very, very much.
Cause your words don't translate, and it's getting quite late.
So please don't stay in touch.

Do you get, do you get a little kick out, of being small minded.
You want to be like your father, his approval your after.
Well that's not how you'll find it.
Do you, do you really enjoy living a life that's so hateful.
Cause there's a hole, where your soul should be
You're losing control of it and it's really distasteful.

[CHORUS]

Look inside, Look inside your tiny mind, then look a bit harder.
Cause we're so uninspired, so sick and tired, of all the hatred you harbor.

Fuck you, fuck you very, very much
Cause we hate what you do and we hate your whole crew
So please don't stay in touch

Horrible Video (Viewer Discretion is Advised)

I just watched a video shared on Facebook by a friend of mine, Kim Fah which is so sick that I almost wanna throw out. Luckily I'm not a doctor and need not to deal with such a scenario. Gosh, it's so disgusting but at the same time, I really pity that man.

I attached the link here, "very bad accident". If you guys think that you are interested to watch such scene or brave enough for it, then "enjoy". I hope you guys don't puke after watching it or having nightmares for it. God bless the soul of that man.

Mid Autumn Festival

The Mid Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival, or in Chinese, 中秋節 (Zhongqiu Jie), is a popular harvest festival celebrated by Chinese and other people in the world (even though they celebrate it differently), dating back over 3,000 years to moon worship in China's Shang Dynasty. It was first called 中秋節 (Zhongqiu Jie), which literally means Mid-Autumn Festival in the Zhou Dynasty. In Malaysia, Singapore and Philipines, it is also sometimes referred to as the Lantern Festival or Mooncake Festival.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is held on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese calendar (lunar calender), which is usually around late September or early October in the Gregorian calendar. It is a date that parallels the autumn and spring Equinoxes of the solar calendar, when the moon is supposedly at its fullest and roundest. The traditional food of this festival is the mooncake, of which there are many different varieties.

Traditionally, on this day, Chinese family members and friends will gather to admire the bright mid-autumn harvest moon, and eat moon cakes and pomelos together. Accompanying the celebration, there are additional cultural or regional customs, such as eating mooncake outside under the moon, carrying brightly lit lanterns, etc.

***************************************************************

This year Mid Autumn Festival as usual, I guess I will be celebrating at home with my family where we gather for a dinner only. Those mooncake eating and playing with candles and lantern are not really my thing. So most probably after 9pm, I'll be darn bored.

Today is Mid Autumn Festival Eve, which is also my mother's birthday according to the Chinese lunar calendar (not the Gregorian calendar which my mother falls on 7th of October). This evening my family will be going out for dinner at some vegetarian restaurant nearby my area.

Learning Japanese Language Again

At last, I took the initiative to self study Japanese language again after been awhile since I last read and self studying it. Most of the things that I learn also forgot already. This time, thanks to the book I'm using now, I guess I learn better.

I'm slowly learning to recognise the hiragana, katagana and some kanji writing in that book. Although I tense to forgot after reading it, but then I can see some improvement. I guess the book is great.

However, I think I better do not over excited and try to master it too fast. Try to speed up the learning process seems giving myself some pressure and cause my migraine hit back this afternoon. So I guess I should take it slowly.

I guess after some time, using that book and able to memorise half of the book, I might able to read some simple Japanese stuff already. LOL. Hopefully my dream come true pretty soon. Thanks to my friend who support me to learn my Japanese back. ^^
